DMCA & Takedown
How to report copyright infringement and get material removed.
Last updated: October 28, 2026
PixAttic respects the intellectual property rights of creators. Most prompts in the library were written by our own studio or generated for this site; a portion are curated from public posts and are credited to their original author with a link to the source. If you believe that material listed on PixAttic infringes your copyright, this page explains how to reach us and what happens next. Removal of your material is always free and unconditional.
1. How to send a takedown notice
Email our designated copyright contact at qingwayingshi@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA takedown". To help us act quickly, please include:
- Your full name and, if applicable, the organisation you represent;
- A link (URL) to each PixAttic entry you want removed, or enough detail for us to locate it;
- Identification of your original work that you believe is infringed, ideally with a link to where it was first published;
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf;
- Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is enough for an emailed notice).
2. What happens next
We acknowledge every notice by email. Verified requests are actioned within 48 hours: the entry is removed from the library and its images are deleted. If a notice is incomplete, we will tell you what is missing rather than ignore it.
3. Counter-notice
If your entry was removed and you believe it was a mistake — for example because you hold the rights or the use is licensed — email qingwayingshi@gmail.com with the subject line "DMCA counter-notice", your contact details, the URL of the removed entry, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address and will accept service of process from the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us of court action within 10–14 business days, we may restore the entry.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts that repeatedly submit material they do not have the rights to are suspended or closed.
5. Designated contact
Copyright Agent, PixAttic — qingwayingshi@gmail.com. This email is only for copyright notices; for everything else, the same address reaches our support team.
