These Terms of Service govern your use of pixattic.com ("PixAttic", "the service"), a free library of AI image prompts with tested example images. By accessing or using PixAttic you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. The service

PixAttic collects, organises and publishes text-to-image prompts together with example images, prompt breakdowns and usage parameters, so visitors can browse, copy and learn from them. Browsing and copying prompts is free and does not require an account. An account is required to save prompts to a personal collection, download example images and submit prompts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to create an account. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the service only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account;
• Keep your password confidential; do not share accounts or create accounts for others without permission;
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are used for abuse.

4. The library and its content

Prompts in the library are shared as starting points for your own creations. Example images belong to their respective creators and are shown to illustrate what a prompt produces. Many prompts are curated from public sources and are credited with a link to the original author or page; if you are a creator and want an entry corrected or removed, see our DMCA page — removal is free and unconditional. The output you generate with any prompt is governed by the terms of the model or service you generate it with, not by PixAttic.

5. Your submissions

When you submit a prompt, you keep your rights in it. By submitting, you grant PixAttic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, distribute and promote the submitted prompt and any example image you provide as part of the library, with attribution. You confirm that you have the right to submit the material and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. We may edit submissions for clarity and categorisation, and may accept or reject any submission at our discretion. Published submissions can be withdrawn on request via qingwayingshi@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not submit or use the service for illegal content, or for adult or sexual content of any kind;
• Do not submit material you do not have the rights to, or that infringes copyright, trademark or privacy rights;
• Do not upload malware, spam, or misleading content, and do not impersonate others;
• Do not attack, overload or attempt to bypass the security of the service, and do not scrape it in a way that burdens the infrastructure — ordinary browsing, copying and downloading for personal use is welcome;
• Do not use example images commercially without the rights holder's permission.

7. Intellectual property

The PixAttic name, logo, site design and original editorial content (including prompt breakdowns and parameter notes) belong to PixAttic. Third-party product names and trademarks mentioned in the library belong to their owners and imply no endorsement.

8. Downloads

Signed-in users may download example images for personal evaluation and reference. Redistribution of downloaded images is not permitted unless the underlying rights holder allows it.

9. Third-party services

PixAttic uses Google for optional sign-in and Cloudflare for delivery and security. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites linked from the library.

10. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that prompts will produce any particular result, that the service will be uninterrupted, or that content will always remain available.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixAttic will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or of any prompt or image obtained from it.

12. Termination

You may stop using PixAttic and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end the service, or access to it, where necessary for security, legal or operational reasons.

13. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page and update the date above. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
