Nova Reyes — Space Station Engineer Anime Character

Original anime character illustration of Nova Reyes, an adult space station engineer woman in her early thirties, working in zero gravity inside an orbital station module. Nova has dark curly hair gathered into a floating topknot with loose curls drifting weightlessly, warm brown skin, focused dark eyes, and wears an original design slate blue utility jumpsuit with harness loops and plain unmarked patch shapes in muted colors without letters or insignia. She is anchored by one foot in a deck loop, torso angled diagonally as she repairs an open wall panel with a compact driver, colored cable bundles exposed inside, a few tools drifting tethered beside her. Through the large round viewport behind her, Earth glows blue and white with swirling clouds, filling the module with soft planetary light. Layered depth moves from floating dust and a drifting pen in the foreground, through Nova and the open panel, to the viewport and curved module walls with handrails and storage lockers bearing no text. Composition is a vertical shot with a slight tilt enhancing zero gravity, Nova as the diagonal anchor, Earth luminous behind her. Lighting mixes cool station panels with warm Earth shine, rim light on her curls and suit edges. Materials are tactile: technical fabric, brushed metal panels, rubber cables, glass viewport. Style anchors are hard science fiction anime key visuals, painterly cel shading with realistic space detail, completely original character and station design, no franchise elements, no typography, no letters, no numbers on any surface. High quality anime illustration, competent, intricate in station detail, calm heroic presence. Background art is painted with the same care as the characters, layered planes of scenery receding with atmospheric perspective and soft color shifts. Line work is clean and confident, with varied weight that thickens on silhouettes and thins on delicate interior details. The color script is harmonious and expressive, saturated accents balanced against calm neutrals so the focal character always reads first.
